Its my first post here :)
First of all before i ask my questions i apologize for my bad English.Im not a native English speaker.
So after watching Prometheus i was quite impressed but that raised some questions regarding Space Jockeys seen in this film v earliest version or variant of it in original Alien movie.
The size difference is noticeable but that does not bother me.The question is,was Engineer originally meant to be part of this telescope like device he was sitting in?.Also it looks to me that originally hes outlook was not just protective suit but it really was how it looked like.Kinda grown into one with this chair.Is it something that was left unexplained in Alien 1979 or they just changed the idea and tried to make it look more human in Prometheus?
Originally he had much longer hand and torso too,it looked quite disproportional when comparing to humans.
