So after reading the Leviticus 22 3 passage that may be connected to Prometheus, i tried researching some of the other passages. And found a very strict code that the Engineers would have to abide by, and might explain their fates and the fates of the Prometheus crew. So let's go by them in order.

So these first two passages refer to the Urns, I think they were the offerings to the giant head. Their God. The humans were unclean, and should never have gotten close to those offerings. With special relevance here, Weyland. But wait, because it gets better.

So we had previously discussed the importance of water. Where maybe it cleanses the engineer after he interacts with the waterfall. But LV223 has virtually no water. Let's examine some more passages.

So maybe they have broken these instructions before. Maybe the "dark" engineers were unclean once they took control of the base and were punished. One way or another, we know what happened to us. The unclean humans. I also believe that these "engineers" are the priests.

Well we've been through this, but i thought this portion was also related to the topic. Now to the REALLY interesting one.
